Hiromasa Hayashi is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience spanning investment, asset management, development, and brokerage in both Japan and the United States.
He began his U.S. real estate career at Nissan Real Estate USA Inc. in Torrance, California, where he served as Manager of Asset Management from 1993 to 1998, overseeing commercial office buildings and rental properties in the Los Angeles area.

After returning to Japan, Hiromasa Hayashi held senior positions at major foreign real estate funds and investment banks, specializing in institutional-grade property investment, acquisitions, and asset management for office, retail, and residential portfolios. His work included sourcing and structuring large-scale income-producing properties and managing complex transactions through Japanese real estate investment vehicles.

He later founded Axis Global Corporation in Tokyo to bridge the Japanese and U.S. real estate markets. Through Axis Global and its group company LSM Realty Inc. in Los Angeles, . Hayashi provides full-service real estate solutions—investment advisory, brokerage, escrow, and lending—connecting Japanese investors with stable, high-yield opportunities in the United States.

Hiromasa Hayashi holds a California Real Estate Broker License and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Meiji Gakuin University in Tokyo.
